- Log into your Netflix account and sign in.
- Select Change Plan from the Plan Details menu. (If you don’t see change in the plan, contact Netflix for more information.)
Note: If your account is on hold, you won’t be able to make any changes to your plan until it is released. Make sure your account isn’t on hold before making any changes.
- After selecting Netflix Change Plan, you’ll be sent to a page with a list of possible plans and pricing.
- Choose your preferred plan from the list of possibilities and then click Continue or Update.
- Following that, choose Confirm Change or Confirm.
Once you’ve made the changes in the Netflix Plan, they’ll take effect on the specified date.
- When you upgrade a plan, it takes effect right away, and you’ll be charged the new price on your next billing date.
- If you downgrade a plan, the change will take effect on your next billing date, and you will be charged the new fee.
